This is where I record my starting weight, my target weight and my current weight which I hope will keep me accountable.
Weight Loss So Far

Oops – Weight Increase
It has come as no surprise to me that my weight has increased again. That is the result of my recent holiday to Rome and Barcelona. There was pizza, pasta, ice cream, paella, creme Catalan, tortilla and lots more. How could I resist??I know I always eat more when I am away but I also do a LOT more exercise too, so really it should cancel it out, right?
In an ideal world maybe but clearly not in my world! Well, it is back to work and back to normal eating again, so I am hopeful for some weight loss during this next month.
Weight Loss Goal
My target weight loss is 2lbs per week. There will be 4 weeks until my next update which means I hope to lose 8lbs.
Changes to my Diet
I will be sticking to my usual breakfast, which is cereal and coffee. My main meals, which I eat at around 6 pm, will also be the same. I will just continue to dish up a smaller portion for myself.
The only change I will be making is to my lunches. I take a packed lunch to work every day and, prior to my holiday, crisps and cakes were sneaking their way into my bag! I will now be eating fruit and yogurt for lunch each day. This will benefit me by leaving the majority of my daily calories for my evening meal, which is when I tend to be most hungry.
