Meal planning is a great way to save money and reduce food waste. If you plan your weekly menu, write your shopping list and then stick to your list, you can reduce your grocery spend.

Share Your Meal Plan

Meal Plan Notes
We do not need a meal for Saturday as we are off to the theatre. We managed to get really cheap tickets - just £10 each - and are going to grab a bite to eat, in town, before we go.
Sunday I will be making my big batch of mince in the slow cooker, which I will then split in two and flavour half with chilli herbs and spices and the other with Bolognese herbs and spices. These will then be split into two again, creating four portions. We will eat one portion of Chilli on Sunday and the other three portions will go in the freezer.
The rest of the week is pretty much the 'usual' meals.
