Why Meal Plan?
Meal planning is a great way to save money and reduce food waste. If you plan your weekly menu, write your shopping list and then stick to your list, you can reduce your grocery spend.

Share Your Meal Plan
It would be great if you would share your meal plan with me too, as I am always on the lookout for new meal ideas and recipes to try. If the meals are quick and frugal to make, then that is an extra bonus.
You can share your meal plan with me in a variety of ways:
|1||In the comments below|
|2||By commenting on this week's 'Share Your Meal Plan' post over on Instagram|
|3||Or on Twitter - tag me @MoneySavingJrny .|
It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just post a list of your planned meals.

Meal Plan Notes
Chilli and Wraps this weekend, one of my favourite meals and so easy to do. Especially as I will be cooking up a big batch of mince mix in the slow cooker and using a portion of that.
This week Jacket Potatoes have been requested. I will be cooking these in the slow cooker whilst I am at work and will take some photos and get the recipe up on the blog. They are so easy to do and taste delicious.
So, what are you having?
I am also joining in with a meal plan linky. If you are looking for inspiration, check out some of the other bloggers who are sharing their meal plans over on either The Organised Life Project or Katykicker.
