Meal planning is a great way to save money and reduce food waste. If you plan your weekly menu, write your shopping list and then stick to your list, you can reduce your grocery spend.

Meal Plan Notes
After the excesses of Christmas food it is back to the more usual meal. One of my goals was to try and increase the range of meals we have. We have go stuck in a bit of a rut. It's difficult to get out of as these meals are some of our favourites. However, this week we are having fish pie as the new addition.
