Why Meal Plan?
Meal planning is a great way to save money and reduce food waste. If you plan your weekly menu, write your shopping list and then stick to your list, you can reduce your grocery spend.

Share Your Meal Plan
It would be great if you would share your meal plan with me too, as I am always on the lookout for new meal ideas and recipes to try. If the meals are quick and frugal to make, then that is an extra bonus.
You can share your meal plan with me in a variety of ways:
|1||In the comments below|
|2||By commenting on this week's 'Share Your Meal Plan' post over on Instagram|
|3||Or on Twitter - tag me @MoneySavingJrny .|
It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just post a list of your planned meals.
My Meal Plan and Recipe Links
Some of my meals may link to the recipe if I have previously posted it on this blog. I plan to post more of my favourite recipes over the coming months.

Meal Plan Notes
An exciting week ahead. I am taking part in a Rustlers Burger Hacking Challenge - more to follow in a separate post.
I have received another voucher for my local pub for 40% off mains. We are going to attempt to all go (last time only two of us went as the others were ill).
