Welcome to my weekly SHARE YOUR MEAL PLAN post. Each week I will be sharing my meal plan and I'd love you to share yours.
Why Meal Plan?
Meal planning is a great way to save money and reduce food waste. If you plan your weekly menu, write your shopping list and then stick to your list, you can reduce your grocery spend.

It would be great if you would share your meal plan with me too, as I am always on the lookout for new meal ideas and recipes to try. If the meals are quick and frugal to make, then that is an extra bonus.
You can share your meal plan with me in a variety of ways:

|2||By commenting on this week's 'Share Your Meal Plan' post over on Instagram|

Meal Plan Notes
This weekend sees the monthly task of making a batch of mince mix. I will split into four containers. Two containers will have Bolognese herbs and spices added, one of which I will use to make the Lasagne on Saturday. The other two containers will have chilli herbs and spices added. Three of the containers will be popped in to the freezer for the coming weeks.
