Why Meal Plan?
Meal planning is a great way to save money and reduce food waste. If you plan your weekly menu, write your shopping list and then stick to your list, you can reduce your grocery spend. So, share your meal plan - 18-24 January 2018.

You can share your meal plan with me in a variety of ways:

Meal Plan Notes
I forgot to buy the pies last week, so we ended up having meatballs twice - thanks for Iceland Swedish Meatballs. They are great to keep in for emergencies!!
The Spaghetti Bolognese will be a quick meal as I made a big batch in my slow cooker and popped it in the freezer in portions.
Jacket potatoes, made in the slow cooker, is another really easy and tasty meal.
